Shipping & Delivery
Every order we receive will be assigned an individual tracking link, after the order has been processed to our delivery courier.
Our couriers are available to deliver between 8 am and 9 pm, seven days a week.
Yes, we now offer free delivery across the entire UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.
All deliveries will be complete by a two-man team and will be delivered to the room of choice. All couriers are specialists in delivering large, bulky item such as furniture, ensuring you will not have to worry.

Your details can be changed at any point, however delivery addresses will need to be changed two weeks before delivery to ensure no failed deliveries. If you would like to change your delivery address.
You will receive automatic notifications of your order via Email and SMS, as well as telephone if there has been no reply to the SMS.

All items are already inclusive of VAT and all other taxes and duties – there are no additional charges, duty or taxes
EXCHANGES/RETURNS & REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange your order for another item, this service is free within up to 90 days of your order being received. Should the product you wish to exchange to be higher in price than the initial product on your order, the difference in price will be requested by our Customer Support Team. Should the product you wish to exchange to be lower in price than the initial product on your order, an exchange will be carried out. Once the initial product is returned back to our warehouse, the difference in price will be refunded back to you as soon as possible. Please note your first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges which are not a result of a product being faulty are charged at a fixed fee of £15.00.
International Orders: Due to customs regulations and duties on international orders, we are unable to process exchanges for alternative items on existing orders. Instead, we will be required to cancel your current order, allowing you to place a new one with your preferred items.
Returns are 100% free within 90 days of taking receipt of your order. Simply contact our Customer Support Team via info@reclaimnation.shop within 90 days of receiving your order. Please do not worry about returning item(s) yourself, returning item(s) are collected by Reclaim Nation Dedicated Delivery. Once your return has been confirmed, we will contact you by telephone to arrange collection.
You retain full control of your order with us at all times. Please contact info@reclaimnation.shop and our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you. If you wish to cancel your order whilst out it’s out for delivery, we can only refund your purchase once the cancelled item(s) have been received back at our warehouse.

Within our products we have a mix of soft and hardwood, mostly pine, oak and elm.
All of our reclaimed wood products are finished with a light varnish.
All our dining tables have rubber stoppers at the bottom of the legs to help stop scratching from becoming an issue.
We offer 1-year manufacturers guarantee on all of our products.
We would not recommend putting hot plates directly on any of our products without using a matt. Although outdoor use is not strictly advised against, the surfaces are NOT designed to be kept outdoors.
